• Nocturnal Racing releases are limited edition. Once a product sells out, it may not be restocked.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities of any product per order or per customer.

• All prices are listed in US Dollars (USD).
• Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order placed at an incorrect price due to typographical errors or system issues.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

5. Orders & Contract

• By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s) at the listed price.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We currently ship within the United States only.
• Orders are processed on a weekly basis.
• Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Nocturnal Racing is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or circumstances beyond our control.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

• Due to limited inventory and exclusive releases, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags attached.
• The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.
• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
