Refund and Returns Policy
At Nocturnal Racing, every drop is carefully crafted and released in limited quantities. Due to the exclusive nature of our releases, we have a strict but fair policy regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.
All Sales Are Final
- Due to our limited inventory and exclusive releases, all sales are final.
- We do not accept returns or issue refunds for orders where the customer has changed their mind, ordered the wrong size, or no longer wants the item.
- Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Exchanges
We do accept exchanges under the following conditions:
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with all tags still attached.
- Items that show signs of wear, washing, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for exchange.
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Nocturnal Racing is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested item or size is no longer available, store credit may be offered.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we will make it right.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with the following:
- Your order number
- Photos clearly showing the damage or incorrect item
- A brief description of the issue
- Once reviewed and approved, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement of the same item (subject to availability)
- Store credit for the value of the item
- Full refund to your original payment method
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags or packaging
- Sale or discounted items
- Items purchased during special promotional events
How to Request an Exchange
To start an exchange request, please contact us through one of the following:
- Send us an email with your order number and reason for exchange
- DM us on Instagram @nocturnalracing.official
Our team will respond within 2β3 business days to guide you through the process.
Refunds
- Refunds are only issued in cases where an item arrives damaged or incorrect and a replacement is not available.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5β10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have been approved for a refund but have not received it:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company β it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank as processing times may vary.
- If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us directly.
Shipping Costs for Exchanges
- The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs for exchanges.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a replacement, Nocturnal Racing will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
