Thank you for shopping with Nocturnal Racing. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order. By completing a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is not available at this time. We hope to expand shipping destinations in the future β€” stay tuned to our social media for updates.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed on a weekly basis.
  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
  • During high-volume periods such as new drops or sales, processing may take slightly longer.
  • You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after your purchase.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

  • Nocturnal Racing is not responsible for carrier delays, weather conditions, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.
  • You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website using the provided tracking number.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.
  • If you realize you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
  • Nocturnal Racing is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen or Damaged Packages

  • Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, Nocturnal Racing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • We recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or your local post office if your package is marked delivered but cannot be found.
  • If your package appears to be lost in transit (no movement on tracking for 7+ business days), please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier.
  • If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and we will work to resolve the issue promptly.

Undeliverable Packages

  • If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, the customer will be contacted.
  • Re-shipping fees will apply.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Due to our weekly processing schedule, we may be able to accommodate order changes or cancellations before the order has been processed.
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
  • Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes.
